Terms of Service

Deposit Requirement

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required before any work can begin. This deposit confirms your commitment to proceeding and secures your place on our schedule.

Final Payment

The remaining balance is due on the day of final services rendered and upon delivery of agreed-upon deliverables. Payment in full is required to release any final work.

Adjustments to Agreement

Any adjustments or additions to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Such changes may affect the total cost and timeline. Both parties must sign off on any updates, and invoicing details will be adjusted accordingly.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of customized work, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided once services have been rendered and deliverables provided.

Client Responsibility

The client agrees to provide any requested materials, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner to facilitate project progress. Delays in client response may impact project timelines.

Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, Tefans Tactics grants the client the rights to use all final deliverables as outlined in the agreement. Tefans Tactics retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Tefans Tactics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the deliverables provided. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client.
